This service works alongside therapy to address practical challenges that may impact a client’s overall well-being and progress in treatment.

By offering rehabilitative case management alongside therapy services, we aim to provide more comprehensive support that helps clients overcome barriers, build stability, and work toward their personal goals.

Our case managers work closely with clients and their therapists to ensure services are coordinated and aligned with each client’s treatment goals. We focus on empowering clients with the knowledge, resources, and practical skills needed to strengthen stability and overall well-being.
Zaif accepts most insurance and offers a cash-pay option as well.
