Adult Level Services
We offer outpatient treatment services for adults experiencing mental health challenges.
Our outpatient therapists are dedicated to helping individuals navigate and overcome crises with compassionate, evidence-based treatment. We offer mental health services that are culturally appropriate, available in English, Swahili, Amharic, Somali, and other East African languages. Our goal is to help individuals address health and wellness issues so they can lead healthier, happier, and more productive lives. To support this, we provide individual and group cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT) tailored to their needs.
Individual Therapy
Individual cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a structured, time-limited form of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. It involves one-on-one sessions with a therapist, where the patient learns coping strategies to manage mental health conditions. This type of therapy emphasizes the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to promote healthier mental functioning.
